Throughout Greg Colson's long and successful career as concert pianist, church organist, choral conductor, and professor, a constant theme has been his spectacular ability to play hundreds of the century's great popular songs "by ear". This talent has been showcased on radio and television and has been widely applauded for adding sparkle to thousands of occassions. For more than half of a century, Colson has thrilled listeners with his tunrful style, effortless rhythm, sophisticated harmonies, and brilliant technique.

In the academic field, Colson gained national prominence conducting more than 500 concerts of classical masterowkrs for chorus and orchestra, and recently retired after more than two decades at Georgia Tech where he served as head of the Music Department. He is a member of the Royal College of Organists in England and the American Guild of Organists, and he remains active as the Director of Music at a major Atlanta church.

As an entertainer, Colson performs show tunes, ballads, gospel, and novelties. After a long relationship with Broadcaster Music Incorporated (BMI), he now specializes in songs from their catalog of hits. Since 1990, he has performed annually for BMI award events in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Nashville, Miami, and London. He also received rave reviews in a recent series of appearances in Germany and a summer concert in Moscow.
